Hate to break it to you but Saint Nemus is the second Non-Aquos in the series that can change his attribute. The first would be Vexos Dragonoid.

- However, Vexos Dragonoid needs Ability Cards to change attributes. That might have been factored into the decision of calling St. Nemus the first one. - Then you should fix Vexos Dragonoid then because people will get confuse. And one another thing, you are right about St. Nemus attribute change but still Vexos Dragonoid still counts due to the fact that he access to the Perfect Core.
