Gus Burnan is the second Pyrus Bakugan that Harubaru used against Raichi in their brawl in Critical K.O. When he was thrown by Harubaru, he succesfully Critical K.O.'d Rachi's Sha Nozchi. He also tried to Critical K.O. Raichi's Destroy Munikis twice, but failed.
A Blue Blaze version was seen in The Mysterious Master Jyou, being used by Master Shimo in a flashback.

Along with Rise Dragaon and Nata Nagina, Gus Burnan was released in BTD-03 Rise Deck on July 7, 2012.
